Property is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We didn’t have a car so it was nice to be close to everything. Free shuttle to the airport. Our driver was so nice and friendly. We disembarked our cruise at 8:30 and was at the hotel at 9. They put our luggage in a secure room and we waited for about an hour and half and our room was ready. It was really nice of them to get us in so early. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly. Overall one of the best experiences we have had in a while. Everyone seems so rushed any more. We never felt rushed or like we were a bother. Staff was super nice.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. We like the location as it is close to the airport and the cruise terminal. The hotel offers a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and offers a shuttle to the cruise terminal. We like to arrive early evening and then cross the street to our favorite Cuban restaurant for a wonderful dinner. The hotel personnel have their act together, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning had a nice variety. The food was good for a hotel.

The staff was excellent....... The hotel was very very clean on the inside and out... They're always somebody walking around picking up trash very nice very clean very friendly... The only thing was a few minutes that you have to either try or Uber to the beach but other than that the hotel was great....

Everything was great! The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast had a large variety, including hot items. We basically chose this motel because of the free airline shuttle and the close proximity to where we could get picked up for a bus tour to Key West. Everything worked out very well!

I enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel at no additional cost and the staff was very responsive when I pointed out my room was noisy due to the AC, they changed the room without hesitation. Once I could sleep quietly my stay was much better and comfortable.
